No. MarketWISE is not an EDI Service Provider. We are a consulting firm and provider of the information and business rules associated with EDI Transactions in Deregulated Energy.

How many user IDs do we get with a subscription?

You can ask for an UNLIMITED number of user IDs for internal use in your company.

Can I access the Energy Portal on my phone?

Yes! Energy Portal is accessible through a mobile app.

How will we pay for the service?

Your company will be invoiced on a monthly basis for your service (unless agreed upon otherwise). We accept multiple forms of payments including ACH deposit, check by mail, and credit card (for a fee).

How long will it take to get access?

MarketWISE will grant you access within 1 business day of signing the agreement.
